Also- can you please explain the details of purchase as well as complexities of crossing the various borders you mention?
We are US Citizens (I also hold Italian citizenship if it matters) and will be arriving in Uruguay in January, then ideally we would have a vehicle to take us through Argentina, down to /through Patagonia and back up through (Bolivia) and Peru… maybe further. We expect to be on the continent for at least 1 year.
Any advice/help you can provide is appreciated.
(We assume all these vehicles are selling from Chile; if you have contacts in Uruguay and it’s not crazy difficult to purchase there, please advise us)
