On my last trip, I drove 27,000 km from Ushuaia all the way to Ecuador. From windy Patagonia, across the Chilean highlands at 5,200 m above sea level, through the Peruvian desert and into the jungles of Ecuador — I’ve seen it all. 🌎

Mimito is a 2009 Mitsubishi L300 2.0 with Chilean plates. Although he is a 2WD, his high ground clearance makes him a great companion for off-grid adventures and exploring remote places.

He is fully equipped for life on the road, including a kitchen, fridge, water system, outdoor shower, bedding, camping equipment, electricity, and plenty of little extras to make traveling comfortable.

• Brake pads replaced in August 2026
• Spark plugs replaced in August 2026
• Transmission oil changed in August 2026
• Rear axle oil changed in August 2026
• Regular engine oil changes, including air, fuel and oil filters, every 10,000 km
